We want you to love your Public Desire look, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
Start Your Return
Head over to our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.
Select Your Items
Choose the items you wish to return and select the reason for your return from the provided options.
Print & Package
Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your original packaging, and ensure the parcel is sealed.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
